Dairy Free Flavoured Butter is a really simple way to add flavour to plain grilled meat like lamb chops, or steaks. You can spread it onto the meat before grilling, and then add more after the meat is cooked. This adds some great flavour in a super easy way. We like dairy free butter such as Naturli, as its a good solid consistency but you can use whichever dairy free alternative you prefer.
For this recipe we went for Worcester Sauce and Chopped Rosemary. But you can play around with anything you like – Thyme, Chilli, Tarragon…whatever takes your fancy.
The side dish of Twice Cooked Aubergine is great with grilled meat.
- 1/2 Cup Vegan Butter
- 2 Tsp Worchester Sauce
- 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 2 Tsp Chopped Rosemary
- Soften the butter a bit by leaving it out on the counter, or popping into the microwave for 10 seconds.
- With a fork, mix in the other ingredients and pop in the fridge to set.
