We love Tacos and Wraps. Packed with Jackfruit, Beans, Salsa and Vegan Cheese they are a great supper. Everything keeps well for a few days, so you can reheat the beans, and jackfruit the next day if you wish. This is a particularly kid friendly meal. We like to add in some Pomegranate seeds as well but they are a faff so they aren’t key to a great meal.

Pulled Spicy Jackfruit


Spicy Beans

Ingredients
- 1 Tin Cannellini Beans
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 diced onion
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 tsp ground chilli if you want them a bit spicer
Directions
- Step 1
- Drain the beans
- Step 2
- Fry the onion in a bit of olive oil until slightly brown
- Step 3
- Add the beans, garlic, spices, vinegar, and honey
- Step 4
- Add in the water and allow to simmer for 20 minutes
- Step 5
- Add the chilli if you prefer your beans quite spicy
