Slow cooked meals are packed with flavour and make life easy on busy days. This slow cooked pulled pork is lovely, cooked in Orange and Lime juice its a lovely hit of citrus balanced out by Paprika. We like to serve it on rice, jacket potatoes or as a filling for Tacos. This dish freezes really well, so we often have it one night, and freeze the leftovers. Slow Cooked Pulled Pork is a great to have in the freezer!
