We love Tapas and always order Fried Padron Peppers. I had no idea how easy it would be, there are lots of Tapas dishes that I wouldn’t try at home but this is a super easy one that anyone can do in a few minutes. Sometimes simple dishes are the best. This takes minutes and is a great side dish so you can do it very much at the last minute.
Fried Padron Peppers

- 250g Padron Peppers
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Step 1
- Heat the oil in a cast iron pan until just about smoking
- Step 2
- Add the peppers and fry until chard on the outside, turning occasionally
- Step 3
- Throw the salt onto the peppers and serve while hot
Fried Aubergine is also a great dish.
