Curry and Mango Egg Free Mayonnaise is a great addition to poached chicken, either in a salad or as a sandwich. In fact, curry mayonnaise is one of those things that is good to have around the house. Here’s how we make it. We like Plamil Egg Free Mayo as I find Vegenaise is a bit too runny.
If you fancy Poached Chicken this is a perfect addition.
Egg Free Curry Mayonnaise

- 1 onion, finely sliced
- 3 tbsp Garam Masala powder
- 1 cup Vegan Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Mango Chutney
- Step 1
- Fry the onion in a bit of oil until soft and lightly coloured
- Step 2
- Add in the Garam Masala spices and fry for a few minutes to bring out the flavour
- Step 3
- Allow to cool and mix with the Vegan Mayonnaise and Mango Chutney. Pop it in the fridge for a couple of hours before using.
