Here are a few of our favourite tips:
- Add 1/2 ripe banana to baked goods for body and moisture
- 14 cup unsweetened applesauce is also a good moisture giver
- Use 2 tsp baking powder plus 1 tsp apple cider vinegar to get lift in baking
- A good binder is 1 tbsp flaxseed meal plus 3 tablespoons water
- Use 1/4 cup oats for binding burgers and meatballs
- I like Organ Egg replacer when an egg replacer is called for.
- Organ egg replacer makes great meringues
- Use Vegan Egg for scrambled eggs.
