As regulars to my web page know I suffer from a lot of skin allergies. Eczema and Urticaria plus just a wild range of welts and rashes. I was in the chemists getting more asthma pumps for Molly when a skin care range called MooGoo caught my eye.
I find Urticara and Eczema around the eyes, forehead, scalp and ears particularly troublesome and embarrassing. After-all, it's not like I can walk around in a balaclava all day (and if I did it would probably be made of wool which would just make things worse!). I seem to be prone to my eyes getting very flaky. My GP has given me a mild steroid cream for my face but I'm scared to use it now that I've seen the effects on my arms.
It's really stressful trying new creams as I'm always afraid that I will react to them in some way so I'm pretty weary. On top of that, there's the expense. Wow...do these creams ever cost a lot. And when you are using as much as I do that makes a difference. But...the one that caught my eye was specifically for scalp, eyes, ears etc.... Usually I fall back on Sudocreme but it's very thick and dry so not perfect by any means.
Despite my concerns I was desperate for something to help my sore eyes and forehead. I grabbed the MooGoo Scalp Cream and added it to my pile of creams and medications and scuttled home to give it a try.
I have to say I'm a convert. The relief was immediate and by morning a lot of the redness was gone. I'm using it regularly and it really seems to work. It soaks in quickly, doesn't leave a greasy residue and really does the trick for my eyes. Its such a relief to know that I've found something that tackles the way I look straight away. I picked up their booklet and they have a whole range of products; including a Nut Oil free Soothing Cream. I'm so pleased about that! It will be my next purchase.
